Franco Nero

  • Biography

    Former student of Giorgio Strehler’s Piccolo Teatro in Milan, Franco Nero was discovered as Abel in John Huston’s The Bible and as Django in the famous Sergio Corbucci’s eponym Spaghetti Western. All along his career as an actor in western films, he shot with the greatest directors of his time like Fassbinder in Querelle or Buñuel in Tristana.
