Diogo Dória

One of the most respected names of Portuguese Theatre and Cinema, Dória has worked with theatre directors like Luís Miguel Cintra, Solveig Nordlund, Osório Mateus, Carlos Fernando and Miguel Guilherme. As for his career in films, he is a recurrent presence in Manoel de Oliveira’s filmography. Under the direction of the famous Portuguese director, Diogo Dória has joined the cast of "Francisca", "No, or the Vain Glory of Command", "Abraham's Valley", "Eccentricities of a Blonde-haired Girl". During the last years Dória has worked with João César Monteiro, João Botelho, José Fonseca e Costa and more recently with Bruno de Almeida, in "Operation Autumn". Raúl Ruiz casted Diogo Dória in three films, including "Love Torn in Dream".
