Valeria Sarmiento

Trained in both philosophy and cinema, she is perhaps the most international of Chile’s directors. She has evolved her career between editing and directing, and in recent years, is almost always a creative accomplice to Raul Ruiz. Of her list of credits, the films “Rosa La China” and “Secretos” most stand out, the latter having been presented at the Estoril Film Festival, in Portugal.
